Whilst they were really friendly and affordable, there are a few improvements which could be made. Namely:
• Overall the appt. felt quite rushed and clinical.
• Ambience-wise, no music was playing and the lighting was very bright.
• The hair wash was two quick washes of shampoo - no conditioner, not even a brief head massage.
• Heat protector wasn’t applied to my hair before a blow wave.
• I was left with damp hair for a good 5-10 minutes whilst the stylist spoke to another customer.

I was running a little late but my therapist was very accommodating. She was amazing throughout the treatment which left me feeling fresh and revived. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to book myself an other appointment in about a month!
