Went in stating I wanted highlights but in actual fact I didn’t know what I needed as my hair was so sliver/grey & in such bad condition. Left with a semipermanent colour & I feel a billion times better. Been told it knocks years off my age so I’m more than happy. I’ll be back again for sure. Thank you lovely you’ve done a boss job! Thanks to Chris as well for your expert input! I’m trilled
