Absolutely wonderful service, all options talked through- felt like real time and effort was taken in order to get a colour which would work with my stubborn hair. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming, the salon itself is just gorgeous, wonderful find in the city centre - first time there but will definitely be back.

Very good service. Treatwell app made booking very easy. The salon is nice and staff welcoming. Nails were done quickly, lasted 2 weeks without any chips.

I have been here several times when in Liverpool it's beautiful, had facial which was Devine and a massage which was heaven and it was surprising they have male therapists as well as female which was nice. The therapist was very lovely mannered and he was very thorough I have never had such an amazing face massage in my life he was charming and very informative, the rest of the staff were pleasant and overall it was a beautiful place highly re commended and visit the beauty department it is Devine especially the massage well worth the money x
Second visit here never fails to impress! Although it was very busy there was acknowledgment as soon as I walked in my coat was taken and a glass of bubbly which is always nice! Colour was done by natalie and a restyle beautiful it has given me a lift and not mitten dressed as lamb which my previous salon made me! The decor is amazing and it has a really nice Vibe not snooty at all! And as for the service impeccable couldn't have asked for more beautiful place great service amazing hair thank u 5 stars
I generally love White Haus and its brilliant customer service...However on this occasion...
Didn't get what i asked for on this visit..the colour I spoke about for my foils came out shockingly red instead of chestnut tones! I had to have a further colour to tone it down.
Asked for straight blow dry and the Russian stylist proceeded to give me a curly blow?!
Not happy..had to go straight to boots for chestnut hair die and redo it all at home, waste of time and money. I will go back but not to that stylist..she did speak English but does she understand it?
