Having never really had anything waxed before, I was a little scared about having my back waxed but the member of staff put me at ease and I am very happy with the results. The venue itself is lovely, staff are friendly and I was greeted with tea and biscuits while I waited. The waiting area and waxing room were spotless, nice music playing in the background.. Very happy!

I booked half head highlights and blow dry offer with a particular stylist - for £39.00
My app was mixed up as Treatwell is not linked to the salon booking so 4 phone calls later / that was sorted.
On arrival the salon is very busy and I thought that was a good sign after driving 2 hours to go, however my app was with a different stylist , no explanation why. I didn't want to leave after travelling that distance.
After v quick consultation - I was given t section with a colour between foils, stylist 2 then finished the colour on ends which took a ridiculous length of time.
I was then told a stylist 2 would wash off and put a toner on in 40mins - at this point highlights in already 15 mins and at no point were they 'checked'
The beautician was 25 mins late - so I only had nails filed no polish on hands or toes as I'd booked and after 3.5 he's in the salon. -I didn't have time to wait after my hair.
The highlights were on my hair almost an hour - hence needing a toner it was not checked by first stylist who actually put the highlights on. I'm then passed to a 3rd stylist who says she is cutting it ! I insist after asking 5 times please can the person I booked with cut it ? Which was then done, and then she would blow dry it. So 4 stylists in total - almost 4 hours later t section and colour better , 10 min cut , blow dry , cost £90. £51 extra for a fast cut , and colour between foils.
I think it should have been more informative as to the £10 toner etc etc and £30 for I between colour - I don't mind paying , if I'm told !
Also feel the difference from half head highlights to a few t section foils should have been taken into consideration.
Lovely staff - and great location - just very blasé and manic - I'd rather pay more and have quality personal service in a more reasonable timescale. 4 hrs is bonkers for what I had.
Disappointing after a 4hr round trip to then seek elsewhere for mani/pedi.
