I booked two treatments with White Haus Hair and Beauty through Treatwell...there was many slots available but for some reason it seems that they were not updated...so after I made my bookings I got two emails with a confirmation with all details of my booking which also Advice to not cancel the treatments with less than 24 hours... What happened was that someone called me saying that they were fully booked and if I could back to rearrange for another day...the person was extremely polite and was offering me a solution but because I needed the treatment for that day I never called back because I was trying to find other beauty saloon that could do it that day. I believe this was a miscommunication between Treatwell and haus...
