Facial was excellent and very relaxing; my skin felt really good afterwards. Unfortunately, it started 30 minutes later than my appointment time as the salon opened late, which was a bit of a shame. Would recommend anyway as the treatment was very good.

The WORST wax I've ever had in my life by inexperienced staff. Did not receive a full Brazilian wax as the girl doing it said she'd never done one before. So I ended up with a bikini wax that cost me the price of a Brazilian. Also still had a lot of wax remaining on the area afterwards and the area was red and sore to the point I had spots of blood in my underwear later on that day. When I got up off the bed I had a used wax strip stuck to my leg. Manager was out so couldn't speak to him. He left a voicemail on my phone later on in the day, but he sounded about 20 (which was probably about the average age of those working at this place) so I didn't bother getting back to him. I racked this up as a lesson learnt. If you are used to getting an excellent wax by people who have years of experience and proper training then this is not the place for you. I advise you to steer clear. Absolutely dreadful service and if I could have given no stars I would have.
