The service was very sloppy. First there was nobody at the reception so I had to wait and then find someone to ask about the appointment. The waxing and manicure was performed by the same person and both - I got a careless piece of work. Especially the manicure was poor, some parts of the cuticle were not removed and the polish spread over the skin around the nails. I'm very disappointed with it.
