Booked an appointment for 2pm. Followed with a phone call saying that slot wasn't available and could i come in at 2:40. This was a bit tight as i already had plans for the afternoon but agreed as i'd already paid and they assured me they would see me promptly. 2:55 came and I still hadn't been seen. They were very apologetic however, I have now lost the money that I paid for this service as I had to walk out.

Great salon with friendly staff, they were running a bit late but not a problem as a nice waiting area with tea and a biscuit. Great massage and facial, really happy with the results. a lovely relaxing experience, I'll definitely be back! Thank you :)

Absolutely amazing! Faultless visit. Felt welcomed the minute we walked through the front door. Lovely touch of a glass of fizz. Chris is a genius when it comes to hair. However mark is a wizard at helping you forget your troubles and making you feel at ease. No other salon in liverpool has made me feel so welcome and want to come back.
