The WORST wax I've ever had in my life by inexperienced staff. Did not receive a full Brazilian wax as the girl doing it said she'd never done one before. So I ended up with a bikini wax that cost me the price of a Brazilian. Also still had a lot of wax remaining on the area afterwards and the area was red and sore to the point I had spots of blood in my underwear later on that day. When I got up off the bed I had a used wax strip stuck to my leg. Manager was out so couldn't speak to him. He left a voicemail on my phone later on in the day, but he sounded about 20 (which was probably about the average age of those working at this place) so I didn't bother getting back to him. I racked this up as a lesson learnt. If you are used to getting an excellent wax by people who have years of experience and proper training then this is not the place for you. I advise you to steer clear. Absolutely dreadful service and if I could have given no stars I would have.

Showed up, having booked it through Treatwell earlier in the day, only to find that there was no booking. The staff said they had been "so busy, and hadn't checked any bookings coming in" and now it was fully booked. Here's a tip for you: If you sign up to be part of a service like Treatwell, make the time to check incoming bookings during the day. They suggested I'd call before. What's the point of booking through a website then?
