It's the first time I've ever had a waxing resulting in half my upper lips basically burnt - I left with a painful cut, three areas above the lips burnt, and a sore lip that is still healing now. Thankfully the event I had to go to the day after was cancelled, I couldn't have gone in that state. On top of that, why didn't she apply any moisturizer after (badly) removing the residuals of wax on my armpit and upper lip? She didn't even apologize for the damage to my lips, just offered a bit of cotton and sent me to pay.
Ladies' Waxing
First time I've ever had a microdermabrasion facial, so was unsure what to expect. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although I was still waiting after my scheduled time. The facial itself was great, very relaxing 10/10
