Absolutely loved my visit to White Haus, - i was a pretty nrevous customer due to a bad experience at a different salon - Nelli was amazing reassuring me and making suggestions. I absolutely loved the balayage colour and cut...exactly what I wanted. Happy customer, would highly recommend! Thanks so much!

Did have some initial issues, but was all sorted out with the salon and had a great facial from Elle in the end! Would definitely go back.

Staff didn't use gloves when doing Hollywood wax. And put sticks back in the wax pot. When I entered the room was told that I could be turned away if the hair was too long instead of offering to trim it. Hair not removed evenly.

Had a re-style with Chris, and even though I didn't have much hair to play with, he has completely transformed my hair. I'm delighted. I wish I had found this little gem of a salon sooner.
