Can’t fault the cleanliness and set up of the salon. Mixed feelings about the staff however as some were really lovely and attentive and others didn’t seem to have any time for you and didn’t care how your overall treatment ended up like. Disappointed with the fact that I didn’t get what I asked/booked for (balayage) and ended up with a more of a light blonde all over. I left the salon with the front pieces of my hair sticking up due to the way it had been blow dried. I walked round with my hand covering the front of my hair all the way home and could barely look up and I’m sure your supposed to leave feeling 10x better than when you walked in. Really wanted to love the place but just was left feeling shocked and disheartened by how one stylist was willing to leave my hair (half done with front bits sticking everywhere).
