All the staff were lovely and the treatment itself was great. My only little niggle was where the facial took place in the separate room, there was a very bright light right above my head which took away from the relaxation along with hearing the music playing from downstairs. Aside from that it was good and I have booked again.

The gel nails barely lasted the day, as this was for my wedding day, this was disappointing. It is now three days after and they are all chipped. I know it was an offer but I still expect a decent quality service! My lashes were very full for the day but again, 3 days later and they are falling out and now look uneven which is a shame.
