I'd been booked in with someone I'd specifically requested and I got handed over to a different girl, for whom I had to wait for longer than I was hoping to (not her fault as she was already in the middle of something as far as I could see)
She was definitely nice/pleasant enough with the service but the treatment was very physically uncomfortable. Again, not her fault, but I felt too awkward/embarrassed to tell he she was hurting me. I'll admit that my hair had a lot of knots in and I should have brushed it before I came in but my eyes were genuinely watering at the agony of having my hair combed in the sink. It felt like it was being ripped out and was very painful. Again, I've left four stars for some of this as I understand that it wasn't entirely her fault that my hair was such a bird's nest.
All that aside, the end result was fine (had the brassiness taken out of my balayage) and worth what was quite an affordable treatment. Good value.

I was given a voucher as a present. Booked myself in for a back, neck and shoulder message. Such an amazing experience, staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Massage was just fantastic, felt so relaxed. Will definitely be going back.
