I booked a microdermabrasion facial via Treatwell and then rung the salon to book a lash and brow tint for at the same time. When I arrived for my treatments a week later, I was told the therapist was running 'slightly' late. This ended up being a 40 minute wait, after which the therapist told me she couldn't do my tint as I should have been asked to come in for a patch test 48hrs in advance (which I wasn't). This was extremely frustrating after waiting so long just to be told they couldn't complete my treatment. I opted to go ahead with the facial anyway, which was good, however not very relaxing after all that waiting and disappointment, and the treatment room smelt strongly of body odour. Some form of air fragrance is needed. Or an extractor fan. All in all a disappointing visit. Staff did nothing to compensate, other than offer a glass of water and a biscuit while I waited.
My visit to White Haus with excellent however the treatments I had arranged through your website cost me more than if I had booked directly with White Haus. In fact I was advised to ask for a 12 pounds refund from you because I had paid too much.
