Ace! This was my second microdermabrasion facial and I definitely recommend a course of them. Making me feeling pampered and more confident seeing the results of it tackling acne scarring :)

My visit to White Haus was great, I love my hairstyle as I have gone from natural colour and medium length hair to short hair and Balayge, Will be returning to White haus for future appointments.

As I have said before, I use a wheelchair and have difficulty getting into the salon. This time, the member of staff saw me coming, and went to get the threshold ramp. But she didn’t know how to use it, and so positioned it incorrectly. This meant that my assistant had difficulty getting me through the door. On the way out the staff member who came to help, knew how to position the threshold ramp correctly so it was easier for me to get out
When I first went to White Haus, about 18 months ago, the door was in a different place. This arrangement posed no problems for me. That door has now been blocked by a settee.
I recommend that the former entrance is re-instated, and that staff have training in how to use the threshold ramp.
