Lovely hair colouring and cut with Nelli at Whitehaus. She spent time on my hair and made it an enjoyable experience. Wasn’t aware I would have to pay for toner on top of treatment price but apart from that, very happy!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the girl who was doing the microdernabrasion applied more pressure than needed and I had some small blue bruises on my forehead. Also the procedure itself lasted a bit less than I expected. It was shorter than the cleaning process and the mask part.
