The hairdresser was really lovely and helped explain what I needed doing, with asking my opinion the whole time. Sometimes it's difficult to know what you need doing when you are not a hairdresser. My hair looks lovely. Also reception staff was also incredibly lovely.

Went a few weeks ago to get my hair done- the (very rude) woman who was doing my hair said they couldn’t do it that day and that she would do a patch test and call me to say what to book back in when she knew how the colour would turn out. She did not. She cut my hair unevenly on top of this. Would not recommend, very unfriendly staff.
