The whole customer journey from booking the initial appointment, confirmation email, walking through the door to a wonderful welcome, these things matter. Every single member of staff can't do enough to help you. My hair had been in a hairband and my fringe was a bit messy when i took it out and Isabell (I think that was her name, sorry if it's wrong) said sit down here and blew over my fringe for me before i left. It's the little things that make the difference, thank you all, you are amazing!
