The staff was not welcoming on arrival. The treatment room for the facial was super small (better not be claustrophobic). Treatment was alright but the staff did not try to make me comfortable at all. I had to change room for the massage which was obviously not relaxing. There were a fly in the massage room so you can imagine how relaxing this experience was. I do not understand the high reviews of this place. Very average with awful staff.
