Most painful wax I have ever experienced and I have been getting Hollywood waxes for nearly 5 years now. I arrived on time and after waiting patiently for half an hour I went to the reception to ask if it would be much longer as I had a train booked. I was told very unapologetically to wait longer. Eventually in the room the lady asked if I had filled out my form and that I should have been given it whilst waiting. I was left in the treatment room to fill the form out and get myself ready, another 10 minutes passing by. When the treatment eventually started there was numerous things the lady didn’t have with her that were necessary to do the wax so had to keep nipping out of the room. I am normally chilled and not jumpy in the slightest when getting waxed, however this was ridiculous. The whole time I was getting told that it was my fault because I had left it too long. From experience I am certain it was a suitable length to what I am used to getting waxed. From waxes in other places taking 10 minutes and having a laugh and a joke to the excruciating treatment I experienced at Whitehaus, I would never recommend!
