This was my first time trying Metamorph Haus. Haircut and colour was good but having been to salons in lots of different cities, this place needs some work on its customer experience. My treatment kept getting paused for staff to have chats. Some of their language also wasn’t professional. There was also a customer talking loudly on speakerphone for quite a while which didn’t help. First time leaving a salon not feeling better than when I stepped in.
