I have had balayage done here twice, the first time was great...the end result was lovely ashy tones and my roots were still quite dark.
The last time it didn't turn out as well. It was quite brassy and too close to my roots. The girl that did my hair was great and to be fair I was happy with it on the day, but a couple of days later it started to look very yellow and brassy, despite me using a tone correcting shampoo.
