I left the place with the desired haircut. I could tell the hair stylist was experienced and did a good job however, I felt like the member of staff was a little rough and unfriendly. I was told that you are offered hot drinks during your treatment however, I wasn’t offered anything which just made me wonder if it was the particular staff member or they were just not doing them anymore.

After my Hollywood wax I was left with bruising and swelling. The strip wax was used multiple times over one area and I could see the stick being put back into the pot. Wouldn’t recommend for waxing
