Lynn was utterly amazing!! Got rid of blackheads I didn’t even know I had and a massive one that was really bothering me. She was chatty (in a good way) and made me feel super relaxed and comfortable! Next time I’m in Liverpool will definitely be back! Skin looks great!

This was the worst salon experience I have ever had, came in for a cut and balayage. The bleach had not been left on my hair long enough to develop to a light blonde so my hair ended up being darker than when I came in, they didn’t give the colour I wanted and I came in the next day to rectify it they said they would not lighten my hair again and would not give me a refund because I apparently ‘’didn’t know what I wanted and would never be happy’’- would not recommend, had to go elsewhere to fix
