It was not Firdosh who done my hydrating facial,there is a pretty woman who used to cover Firdosh’s holiday!what an amazing experience she is genuinely too good(not paid an honest review)

The therapist left my appointment twice to deal with other customers, midmassage. She had double booked the time and kept saying that I was early (I came 10 mins early like treatwell advised but this was mid massage so my treatment had already started). She asked if it was ok and I said it was weird but she's obvs going to do it anyway so what can I do.
The main lights were kept on and there was no music so could hear the road and people talking. It wasn't relaxing or professional at all.

I was treated by Dilshad she was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I took my friend along with me and we both ended up doing additional treatments.

The treatments were incredible and I was taken care of so so well. I left feeling like a new person. The deep cleanse facial is the best I've ever had - I struggle with clogged skin but my skin is so fresh now.
