Friendly service, though there was some confusion as to what was offered within the treatment (advertised as with laser but was told this would be additional £). Staff friendly in reaching resolution.
Salon is very clean and service well explained though the salon is fairly cold and background noise can be heard throughout. On face down treatments, breathing restricted by hygiene cloth with no give. Perhaps this could be modified.
