I been here today for LVL lash lift was absolutely amazing my eyelash looks so nice after the treatments And Firdosh recommended me microneedling which I had somewhere before and done here first time and my skin look so flawless waiting for tomorrow will more glow I really like it and recommend to my friend’s and family too ..

Appointment was moved at 13.45 from 18.00 to 14.00 without contacting me. I happened to look at my emails and notice it. I called as obviously I couldn’t make an appointment that I didn’t know about, 10 mins away and they said they would move to 11am tomorrow. They then booked it for 11am today (so for 3.5hrs in the past) and repeatedly hung up on me when I called to ask them to move it to tomorrow. I think i understand why they have so much availability. I’ll be expecting Treatwell to refund.
