I am dedicated and passionate about the body-mind-spirit connection and I believe in preventative health; maintaining our bodies and minds through exercise, healthy eating and mindfulness practice. I believe that so much of our physical pain and mental stress can be resolved by connecting with the parts of ourselves that we are repressing. Massage helps the mind to slow down, relieves physical tension but can also help us to access the parts of our bodies where these parts of ourselves reside. Allowing you to ‘let-go’ and feel better. I work intuitively to give you what you need. From how you are feeling (physically, mentally and emotionally); based on what you require, I work to balance out and restore these areas, leaving you feeling lighter in yourself, renewed and ‘ready’.
