Beautician left room when tint was on and said it would take 5 mins. Looked in mirror at eyebrows and were so dark and worried as no one had ever left the tint on that long before, called out 3 times with no reply so had to take off myself. Actual shape wise is great but really sore puffy face last night, and woke up today with cuts and bruises around my eyebrows and forehead? Very sore eyes, lady put stinging water on which I’d never had here before. Very disappointed with service
