My massage was incredibly painful. The therapist applied very hard pressure. I asked her for a gentler touch but despite telling her it was hurting in some areas she continued. I have been left in pain and with significant bruising. I advised the salon about this by email with photos of the bruising but they have not replied. Additionally, during the massage the salon's phone must have been linked to the speakers in the room as two phone calls came through, which ruined the relaxing atmosphere.
