There was no forms to fill out or anything. The room had a weird vibe and there were flies and tools lying around. The bed was covered with toilet paper not soft tissue. The products smelt really bad and cheap, the therapist kept dropping things and making loud noises, the music stopped half way through, she was also burping and sniffing and clearly was unwell, making it not relaxing at all. The walls are so thin or the door was open so you could hear very loud conversations. Not ok.
