I really like Mermaid salon and going to see Feliz. My skin looks and feels great, and once again she provided lots of advice. I will book again. The ambience wasn’t as great this time, quite noisy and the music kept breaking. Also can I recommend you replace the ticking clocks as some people find that hard to relax in?

We've had good experiences here in the past, but this couple's massage was unfortunately very different. My wife's "massage" included: - Fast, rough movements - Being scratched by long nails - Deliberate pulling of bunches of hair - Being hit in several places including her shinbones I fed this back to the manager, and my wife was offered a short one-person massage. This was better than nothing but I had expected either a refund or an offer of a complimentary service of equal value.
