I was informed on arrival that a trainee would be doing my nails for a discounted price - I had booked a full price treatment and was not pleased to be put on the spot like this. I was not given a choice. My manicure did not meet my expectations: my nails were shortened a lot and filed into different shapes, and the finish was uneven. I was disappointed with the experience as a whole.
