My right shoulder was so tight from carrying heavy things and drawing at a desk. Andrea’s massage was so intelligently done, with just the right amount of pressure. I felt rebalanced afterwards!

I have been to mermaid island before and I have two favourite therapist. Unfortunately there was a mistake with my booking ( my fault ) so I had a new therapist who did a decent job but seemed to lack organization and wasn't as skilled as the others.

Was a bit weird as someone was having a pedicure right outside the door so had them chatting all through the massage. But everyone is very friendly and the treatments are good.

My masseuse Andrea was wonderful. Very intuitive and tailored the whole massage to my needs. Mermaid Island is a haven. I will definitely return. The reason I put only three stars for value was because I had not realised that I could have had 20% off as a half term offer! Andrea was worth every penny though.
