Easy to book and such friendly staff. But most importantly their hot wax is the best I've had in Brighton, all staff members are exceptionally skilled and put you at ease. I continue to go back because of this!

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is tranquil, rooms are fresh and decorated well. The massage beds are comfortable and equipment is clean. I recommend mermaid island to anyone wanting a therapeutic and relaxing massage.
