When we arrived we received a very warm welcome. We went straight down for our treatment and were taken to a relaxing and comfortable room. The treatment itself was really enjoyable. The beauticians were both very professional and provided a very relaxing facial. We were also offered a hand, foot or scalp massage while our face masks set, which was unexpected but appreciated. I felt that we got real value for money during our 30 minute treatment. We'll definitely be back.

I really enjoy every visit to Mermaid Island, the hot wax is done very professionally, quickly and the pain is much less than other places I’ve been to! It’s clean and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment (accidentally - I’m usually late!) but I was taken straight to the treatment room and came out at the time my appointment was meant to start, which was a lovely surprise to someone who is very impatient! I recommend Mermaid Island very highly.
