I recently damaged my manicure the day after I'd had it done doing the washing up. When I called the salon a few days later to ask if I could have it fixed they offered for me to come in and have the damaged nails re-done that morning free of charge. When I arrived the staff were lovely, fixed my nails and made them look beautiful again. I would definitely go back again.
