I recently damaged my manicure the day after I'd had it done doing the washing up. When I called the salon a few days later to ask if I could have it fixed they offered for me to come in and have the damaged nails re-done that morning free of charge. When I arrived the staff were lovely, fixed my nails and made them look beautiful again. I would definitely go back again.

Lovely little Spa, clean and friendly. The therapist who did my Deep Tissue Massage was very good, lovely young lady she was good at what she did I could tell she was highly trained. She came across in a polite, professional and friendly manor. Felt amazing when I came out of Spa. I would recommend Mermaid Island Spa at the Seven Dials.
