The outcome of the appoinment was ok, but they were running 20 minutes late and it was obvious that she was running upstairs to do another person's treatment at the same time so I was left alone a lot. I think she was overstretched as Feliz herself was really nice and I was happy with the results, but a 20 min appointment took over an hour.

I liked that I could book an appointment at short notice and that my old gel nails were removed quickly and new gel paint looks far better than what was there and good coverage. My therapist was a lovely woman and we had a great chat. I really admire her pursuit to making a living and creating a good life for her and her children.
