We've had good experiences here in the past, but this couple's massage was unfortunately very different. My wife's "massage" included: - Fast, rough movements - Being scratched by long nails - Deliberate pulling of bunches of hair - Being hit in several places including her shinbones I fed this back to the manager, and my wife was offered a short one-person massage. This was better than nothing but I had expected either a refund or an offer of a complimentary service of equal value.
