The best facial I’ve ever had. I felt relaxed, attended to and not only was the facial amazing but the massage was an amazing added bonus. My skin felt amazing and I left feeling so relaxed!

Massage started late and ended 7 minutes early! (I realised after she left the room.) I decided not to say anything because it felt so awkward to lie back down and demand more time. She was nice and the massage was pretty good but this was disappointing.

I really enjoy being a frequent customer of Mermaid Island. I have been there for different services and this was my first (and definitely not last) massage there. The masseuse was very reassuring, seemed very experienced with massage and was very attentive. Thanks so much, I will definitely be coming back!
