First time went for a deep tissue massage as my usual place wasn't open on that day. When arrived to the place, I felt like I disturbed someone, as there was no one to say hello and just a nail technician asked if I'm here for massage and said to sit down. It made me feel really uncomfortable. When I finally got into the massage room, the room was lovely and warm, but the massage therapist didn't ask any questions regards my lifestyle, which would give so much information on how to approach the deep tissue massage. When the massage was happening, again therapist didn't ask if the pressure is okay and we're just making a lot of huffing and puffing noises. I left with my areas still stiff and booking my usual place now as this was useless. Maybe they are good for normal massage but not for deep tissue massage.
