Christian was brilliant help alleviating tense shoulders and radiating arm pain. He also took the time to give me exercises to do to help in my own time. Consummate professional, friendly and really knows what hes talking about. I will book in to see him again.

Quite intense massage which really worked out all my tension in my shoulders and neck. Ilaria is super strong, intuitive and considerate - very good at her job! Felt safe re: Covid 19, everything was very clean and organised and clear.
