5 stars for super talented Feliz! However, the booking &telephone service deserve 0 stars. Despite showing a therapist as available, the system persistently ignores your choice & allocates you to another member of staff. When you've found someone you are 100% happy with, for sometimes intimate treatments, you want to see the therapist you've chosen! Furthermore, if you call, be prepared to deal with the curt man who sounds like he'd be happier selling anything other than beauty treatments...
