I noticed that the clinic carpet was spoilt since before. Maybe it needs a good clean and hoover. On arrival there was lots of chat at reception and I asked if we could shut the door for some peace my therapist agreed. They were very flexible and understanding about the fact I had an operation and was needing a reminder for the appointments and I missed one and they did not charge me which was super kind. I will use them again as they were nice. She did a good job and was pleasant enough.

Therapist was lovely. Very skilled and really made me feel special. She did a fantastic job and was very understanding of my needs as I have a waking disability. Will definitely be coming back x

Waxing was OK - but could have better attention to not catching skin (ie. by holding taut) - I won't be going again for this reason.
