The facial was good. However, when I enquired about the treatment i was told over the phone that it included a lash lift yet I did not receive this during the appointment.

I was feeling very stressed and tired. A massage is an occasional treat for me so it needs to be worthwhile. Ilaria is a talented masseuse who is intuitive and very good with her hands. I really enjoyed my hour long aromatherapy massage and highly recommend Ilaria.
