Every time I go to Mermaid Island I have a good experience. Filiz was fantastic, very professional yet friendly and put me at ease. She made sure I was happy with the service which was a very thorough and relatively painless-free wax. She was very experienced. Definitely recommend any of the therapists here. They have all been great.

Booked at short short notice and I'll rebook again soon. I was greeted straight away. I wanted a relaxing massage as I was going out that evening & was experiencing neck pain. The therapist really listened and tailored the massage to my requests of avoiding oil in my hair, gentler pressures in certain places & harder in others and which areas to focus on. Plus kudos as the music wasn't working at first so that could have easily caused her to be distracted whilst she tried to solve that.
