Terrible service and rude staff. I booked in for a 45 minute treatment and it was only 24 mins. They said it was a mix up and and offered a refund. I was contacted later and was then told it was a partial refund and they refused to give me a full refund.I paid £44 for a 24 min head massage! Disgusting! The man on the phone issuing the refund was extremely rude and did not apologise at all simply made me feel bad for questioning their mistake. Trying to book in for the service was a nightmare too

I have emailed the salon about my awful experience. I won’t go into detail in this review, but a pedicure should not be painful and it should not cause the client to bleed. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back and if you’re thinking of going, I would want assurances that the staff have been retrained.

Therapists very nice.
Manicure done dry & no cuticle oil applied afterwards. Having cuticles scraped and pushed back whilst dry is unpleasant.
Even for a manicure half price in town you get soak/ cuticle oil.
Apparently you have to book the deluxe package for these basic things.
lash lift/tint was very rough, rubbing it off with dry cotton wool left my skin sore and dry. lashes nice and dark but one side not lifted properly and were pointing sideways.
Its also felt disorganised.
