Feliz is amazing best Hollywood I have ever had and I’ve been getting waxed for over 20 years. Painless and her technique gives a really clean finish and removes all the tiniest hairs. I have been coming to mermaid island for several years. Great to have the original management back. Would 110 pc recommend. Also get eyebrows shaped and tinted here.

Feliz was so lovely and took time to make sure I was comfortable and made the wax relatively painless (I have very se sitive skin so this is not easy) while also making me laugh throughout, again not an easy task during a Hollywood wax! I will 100% be going back and cannot recommend Feliz enough.

I like this place, professional and welcoming. The premises are cosy, staff friendly and happy to explain the options for someone like me, who is not an expect in beaty treatments. Beats any superposh salon any day.

Ilia had a caring and tender manner in her massage technique. Although the massage began with lighter strokes to warm the muscles, the firmness in the repetition allowed me to completely relax and the muscles to unwind. Thanks Ilia.
