Not a proper massage - when I came before I had a massage with a proper masseuse not a beauty therapist, big difference. Pressure not firm enough -

Such amazing and relaxing experience! I had one of the best hot stone massage by Feliz. She was very professional to explain to me what was the massage about. I felt comfortable with her since the first time, yes I went back for a second already 🥰 very polarity, I definitely suggest getting a massage with Feliz!

I had an absolutely great experience at Mermaid and Feliz was my therapist with my Hollywood waxing. She’s so friendly and kind and right away she made me feel comfortable and welcoming and her professional skills are outstanding. Definitely I highly recommend Feliz and her services!

It was a busy morning so Feliz was understandably a little rushed but she is a good therapist. I've only had one other Indian head massage elsewhere for comparison. The pressure she applied was very good and thorough and I was grateful for it. Tugging at my hair at various stages was the least comfortable aspect of the session and not something I experienced during a prior Indian head massage. Therapists have different techniques. Would still recommend Feliz.
