I gave this place a second chance after a bad experience last year. The '90 minute' deep tissue massage was actually pretty good, but lasted only 75 minutes. The therapist explained that the 90 minutes is based on how long you're in the room, not the duration of the massage. Clearly my time filling out forms upstairs and going to the bathroom beforehand somehow set the clock ticking, even though I'd arrived ten minutes early to allow for this. Not worth nearly £100 I'm afraid. No more chances.

If the therapist had any traing, I think she had forgotten it.
